Tom Nieves

Thomas (Tom) Nieves started his first company, Modern Building Maintenance, at the age of sixteen, which quickly grew to 60 employees. After running Modern Building Maintenance for more than seven years, he sold the company. 

Tom has over 29 years of experience and began his career as a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors in 1996. While working for American Express, he helped build what is now known as Financial Education Services. Becoming a financial education services specialist, In 2003, Thomas helped develop the Financial Education Services program for ING Financial Partners.

Tom conducted monthly financial workshops on various topics for employees at Warner Bros, Paramount Pictures, Fox, and Alpha Therapeutic, just to name a few.

Tom holds a Series 7, 63, and 66. Life and Health. In 2017, he obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.
