Kim Bartsch

Kim Bartsch joined Freedom Financial Group as a Client Service Assistant, bringing with her more than 22

years of experience in the financial services industry and a long history with FFG.

Kim began her career in financial services at Freedom Financial Group, where she worked as a Financial

Advisor for nine years. After leaving FFG, Kim stepped away from the financial industry for a time to stay

home with her children. As her family grew and her career evolved, she returned to the workforce and

gained experience in several areas of finance, including banking, business management, and business

development.

Thirteen years after leaving Freedom Financial Group, Kim found her way back to where her career began.

Returning to FFG feels a lot like coming home. She loves working with clients, getting to know them, and

building the relationships that make financial planning personal. One of the most rewarding parts of

returning has been reconnecting with clients she originally worked with more than two decades ago and

seeing how their lives, families, and financial journeys have evolved over the years.

Kim is a graduate of Minot State University and has called Minot home for the past 28 years. She is

passionate about being involved in her community and takes pride in being part of a team that helps clients

pursue their goals and navigate the many stages of life.

Outside of work, Kim's favorite thing is spending time with her three children, Peyton, Sydnee, and Cruz. She

enjoys being involved in her community and making memories with her family. After 22 years in financial

services, three children, and a lot of life in between, Kim is grateful to have found her way back to Freedom

Financial Group-and even more grateful to be back doing work she truly enjoys with people she cares

about.
